Minimum 8 years total relevant experience.
1.Adobe Target (aka Test & Target), Optimizely or Monetate with at least 1-2 years as a developer developing custom codes, javascripts and tag elements
2. Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on A/B testing experience.
3.Experience in CRO or digital optimization
CRO, UX optimization, analytics, experimentation.
4. Has run A/B tests end-to-end (setup, QA, launch, analysis).
5. Uses modern CRO and analytics tools independently.
6. Recent real tests with clarity and ownership.
