Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an OPT Recruiter (US IT Recruiter) at Aadhya Technologies Inc. The recruiter will oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of IT candidates, with a focus on identifying skilled OPT candidates for various technical roles. Responsibilities include engaging with potential candidates, managing databases, maintaining regular communication with clients, and ensuring hiring needs are efficiently and effectively met.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting practices for technical and professional roles
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge or experience with US employment authorization regulations, particularly related to OPT candidates, is preferred
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
