Position: OPT Recruiter

Experience: 0 to 4 Years

Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad (On-Site from Day 1)

Work Timings: Night Shift | 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST

Job Responsibilities:

Expertise in hiring OPT/CPT candidates through job portals, university networks, and personal database.

Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, and EAD candidates.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle till consultant onboarding.

Good understanding of various technologies and IT skill sets.

Proficient knowledge of US tax terms C2C, W2, and 1099.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both consultants and internal team members.

Address client consulting needs effectively.

Maintain and manage an up-to-date candidate database.

Documented proof of vendor relationships or account management experience preferred.
