Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Opt Recruiter with 3-6 years of specialized experience in recruiting for OPT candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international student market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit OPT candidates for various job openings.

Build and maintain relationships with universities and international student offices.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume reviews and interview preparation.

Stay updated on immigration policies and regulations affecting OPT candidates.

Track and report on recruitment metrics and candidate progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably focused on OPT candidates.

Strong knowledge of the OPT process and related immigration policies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
