Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workplace experience.
- Coordinate with vendors, facilities, and internal teams on office readiness, supplies, and upkeep.
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related employee needs.
Travel and Mobility
- Manage end-to-end travel planning including flights, hotels, local transport, and itineraries.
- Support visa documentation and travel-related compliance requirements.
- Build and run travel processes aligned to company policy and approval workflows.
Reimbursements
- Support travel and related reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Create simple, clear processes for claims, documentation, and approvals.
- Partner with finance to improve turnaround time and employee experience.
Offsites and Team Meetings
- Plan and coordinate offsites, team meetings, and internal events.
- Manage bookings, logistics, budgets, and on-ground execution.
- Ensure these experiences are smooth, energizing, and cost-conscious.
