Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Overall experience of 20 plus years
• Strong background in Infrastructure and AMS
• Ensure adherence to service levels, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Need to have knowledge on Devops and Automation mindset
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; serve as a trusted delivery partner.
• Willingness to lead and drive AI strategy across the portfolio
• Strong people management and customer relationship skills
• Managed teams in the range of 50-100 employee portfolio
• Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
