Key skills :

Resource should have good understanding of whole vehicle programe management, Vehicle development cycle, familiarity with vehicle design cycle.

Experience : 6 to 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

o Own end-to-end program execution aligned with Time, Cost, Performance, and Scope (T-C-P-S) targets, ensuring adherence to defined process controls and achievement of program milestones and customer signoffs.

o Develop, govern, and maintain the Project Charter, ensuring clear scope definition and stakeholder alignment.

o Plan, define, and track project timelines from L1 master schedules to L4 activity-level plans, ensuring disciplined execution and on-time delivery.

o Lead risk and issue management, including identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and closure through structured trackers.

o Govern the Integrated Change Control Process (ICCP), assessing impact on scope, timeline, cost, quality, and customer commitments, and ensuring controlled timeline revisions against approved baselines.

o Prepare and publish weekly, fortnightly, and monthly MIS reports covering schedule, cost, revenue, quality, risks, changes, and customer escalations, and support PMO consolidation and executive reporting.

o Monitor and ensure optimal resource utilization, including timesheet compliance, accruals, and budget adherence against approved plans and deliverables.

o Track program financials, monitor budgets, identify deviations, and proactively escalate variances.

o Facilitating the delivery team for the timely delivery of project with resource planning.

o Ensuring close collaboration within internal cross-functional team and clients.

o Ensure gateway clearances in line with customer-agreed milestones and enable timely billing and revenue realization.

o Define and govern the program communication plan, ensuring transparent and effective stakeholder communication.

o Act as the custodian of program imperatives, maintaining structured documentation, common repositories, access control, and efficient file retrieval mechanisms.

o Provide customers with live visibility of key deliverables and program status.

o Maintain issue logs, action trackers, and governance mechanisms to ensure execution discipline.

o Drive standardization across projects, ensuring consistent application of processes, templates, and governance practices.
