About the Role

Were building in the daily-meals / food-tech space. This role is for a smart generalist who thrives in ambiguity, loves execution, and wants to build with the founder not work for one.

As the Operating Partner, youll be the founders second brain and second pair of hands. Youll turn ideas into action, chaos into systems, and plans into on-ground reality.

This is a 01 role. If you need structure handed to you, this isnt for you. If you enjoy creating structure while running, this could be the most impactful role of your career.

What Youll Do

• Founders execution arm: Translate vision and discussions into clear plans; break ambiguous problems into tasks, owners, and timelines; ensure ruthless follow-through.
• Operations & program management: Own day-to-day execution across ops, vendors, pilots, and internal processes; run weekly reviews; build lightweight SOPs, dashboards, and rhythms.
• Cross-functional glue: Coordinate across vendors, partners, freelancers, and early hires; ensure alignment across product, ops, finance, and growth.
• On-ground problem solving: Handle real-world issues delays, misses, breakdowns; step in wherever needed and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Founder leverage: Take ownership of projects so the founder can focus on strategy, hiring, and fundraising; act as a thinking partner, not just an executor.

Who You Are

• Hands-on and comfortable being on the ground, driving execution end-to-end
• Curious and learning-oriented; you adapt quickly as things evolve
• Comfortable operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through and ownership

Bonus: early-stage startup experience, exposure to food/logistics, obsession with systems.

• A 95, 5 days a week job
• A pure strategy or presentation role
• A role with fixed boundaries
