Operations & Traffic Manager

We are looking for a proactive and process-driven Operations & Traffic Manager to oversee project execution, streamline internal workflows, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Project & Delivery Management

• Oversee multiple client projects across SEO, Performance Marketing, Design, and Development teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
• Monitor deadlines, track progress, and proactively manage risks

Traffic & Resource Management

• Allocate tasks efficiently across teams
• Balance workload and optimise team utilisation
• Maintain project tracking tools
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks

Client Coordination

• Act as the operational bridge between clients and internal teams
• Translate client requirements into structured execution plans
• Ensure clear communication and minimise escalations

Process Improvement

• Develop and refine SOPs
• Improve internal systems for better efficiency
• Support smoother onboarding of new clients

Business Development Support

• Assist in research for proposals and pitches
• Ensure operational feasibility during new client onboarding

• 35 years of experience in operations, traffic management, or project management (preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
