Job Title: Operations & Telesales Executive

Location: Andheri, Juhu, Vile Parle, Santacruz, Bandra, Powai, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Kandivali, and Borivali.

Salary: Rs 2.4 lakh pa

Office Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days WFH | 2 days WFO / field visits)

As we scale, we are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Operations & Telesales Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

As we continue to grow Expert-Ease Tutorial Solutions LLP, we are excited to open up an opportunity for a Mumbai-based Operations & Telesales Executive to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for registered teachers and newly onboarded parents/clients.

Handle inbound and outbound leads through telecalling, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversions.

Manage end-to-end client servicingfrom enquiry to successful tutor/parent onboarding.

Conduct virtual Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and ensure proper documentation

Create and share demo report cards and learning updates with parents.

Provide administrative support for all active tuitions, including scheduling and coordination.

Resolve teacher and parent queries at the first level with clarity and empathy

Support online and offline lead generation initiatives.

Coordinate with colleges and institutions for seminars, orientations, and job fair participation.

Work towards defined targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Applications, IT or any related field. Freshers are also welcome.
• Should be based in Mumbai
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Well-versed in social media management
• Confidence in making calls and engaging with parents, teachers, and institutions
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides and WhatsApp Business
• Strong organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage a hybrid role (remote + on-field) independently
• Should have a laptop, mobile and strong Wi-Fi connection
