Position: OT Technician Scrub Side

Job Description

We are urgently hiring a skilled OT Technician (Scrub Side) with hands-on experience in laparoscopic gynecology procedures. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in OT protocols, instrumentation, and coordination with the surgical team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during laparoscopic gynecology surgeries (scrub role).

Prepare, handle, and maintain laparoscopic gynecology instruments.

Ensure strict adherence to OT sterilization and infection control protocols.

Set up and operate laparoscopic tower systems and related equipment.

Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and the OT team.

Assist in emergency management within the OT as required.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the operation theatre.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of laparoscopic gynecology instruments.

Understanding of OT sterilization protocols.

Knowledge of infection control practices.

Ability to handle and troubleshoot laparoscopic tower systems.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of emergency procedures in OT.

Experience

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in OT (Scrub Side).

Salary

22,000 28,000 per month (based on experience)
