Job Description
- Process and manage trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping for all trade finance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the trade finance team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze trade finance data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with counterparties and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all trade finance activities.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall efficiency of the operations department.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
