Job Description
- Manage and process payment products, including NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Process offline files through different systems and understand accounting entries for various payment methods.
- Perform end-to-end control checks during processing and efficiently reconcile pool accounts.
- Publish daily MIS reports to senior management, including reconciliation and settlement process updates.
- Liaise with IT and BSG teams to address system issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely and efficient customer service, managing escalations and maintaining high standards.
- Follow defined maker-checker processes and obtain approvals for any deviations.
- Analyze transaction volumes and processes, generating weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports.
- Maintain a meticulous eye for detail in transaction processing and escalate any discrepancies.
- Stay updated with banking applications and technical competencies, such as Finacle and MS Office.
