Operations & Systems Analyst

We're Hiring | Operations & Systems Analyst | Stellaredge Brokers | Surat

We're a technology-first stockbroking firm, and we're building our operational backbone from scratch.

This isn't a "process the tickets" kind of role.

We're looking for someone who looks at a broken workflow and immediately starts thinking about how to redesign it someone who wants to build systems, not just run them.

What you'll actually do:

Map and redesign how our operations work across onboarding, trading support, compliance, and settlements

Spot inefficiencies and fix them through better process design or automation

Build the SOPs, playbooks, and documentation that make the firm run consistently

Create visibility into how operations are performing so leadership can act on real data

Be the person who makes sure things don't break as we scale

Who we're looking for:

14 years of experience in ops, process, or business analysis ideally in BFSI, fintech, or broking

Someone who thinks in systems and workflows, not just tasks

Comfortable with tools Excel, Notion, workflow software, basic automation

Strong communicator who can document clearly and work across teams

Based in Surat or willing to relocate

Broking knowledge is a plus, not a requirement. If you're sharp and curious, you'll pick it up.
