Job Description; Operations Support SME/CARE Engineer (NTAS & CFX SME )

We are primarily looking for a resource with prior knowledge in managing and troubleshooting IMS Nodes on Telco Clouds.

Skills:

  1. Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows
  2. Candidate should have expert troubleshooting knowledge of IMS domain ( NTAS, SBC, S-CSCF, I-CSCF, P-CSCF, SIP, Diameter etc. ) and interfaces
  3. Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how IMS solution/Nodes are deployed on cloud.
  4. Candidate should have prior experience in Maintaining and troubleshooting IMS nodes, capture logs, performing RCA and share Reports
  5. Should have exp. in resolving different issues related to Node Reachibility, FM/PM and other KPI's.
  6. Sound have understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark etc.
  7. Good working experience in Linux, VMWare, Dockers & Containers, OpenStack, Openshift
  8. Working knowledge on IMS Nodes NTAS, SBC, S-CSCF, I-CSCF, P-CSCF
  9. Working knowledge on Nokia IMS Nodes NTAS & CFX

EXP Range :-

  1. 8+ years with minimum 5+ years in IMS Domain in troubleshooting NTAS, CFX nodes
  2. Strong Communication skills - Team handling skills - Analytical skills - Presentation skills.
  3. Should flexible to work in shifts ( Primarily APAC Region )
  4. Should be flexible to provide outside standard working hours
