Job Description Role Overview


The Relationship Management Support Intern will assist the RM team in managing and resolving screen-related operational tickets. The role involves actively working towards reducing pending and on-hold tickets, coordinating with the Maintenance team, and supporting site-level issue resolution through data analysis and communication with relevant Points of Contact (POCs).


Key Responsibilities


1. Ticket Management


Work on parked tickets and RM put-on-hold tickets related to screens.


Ensure pending tickets are reduced and maintained below 100 on a weekly basis.


2. Maintenance Coordination


Coordinate daily with the Maintenance team.


Follow up on tickets received through WhatsApp groups.


3. Site Access & Approvals


Coordinate and ensure proper site entry approvals.


4. Data & Portal Management


Open, update, and maintain spreadsheets and internal portals to review site history.


Analyze historical issues and resolutions to identify recurring problems.


5. POC Communication


Connect with site POCs based on ticket requirements.


Conduct calls with POCs to clarify issues and gather necessary information.


Required Skills & Competencies


Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.


Ability to work on multiple portals and tools.


Good communication skills (calls, WhatsApp, and email).


Strong coordination and follow-up skills.


Attention to detail with the ability to analyze site data and history.



Proactive approach toward issue resolution.
