Position description: 

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Develop and refine strategic operational models that ensure efficiency and scalability.

·       Identify process gaps and implement automation-driven solutions for seamless execution.

·       Ensure operational strategies align with regulations and internal policies.

·       Integrate workflows between Group Operations, Priority Partner Support and Non-Motor teams to create a frictionless system.

·       Leverage analytics to predict trends, optimize decision-making, and refine execution models.

·       Experience: 2+ years in operations strategy, process optimization, or business transformation.

·       Skills in: Workflow automation, cross-functional execution, and business process re-engineering.

·       Tech Mastery: Proficiency in MS Excel + VBA Macros, SQL, data visualization, etc

·       Education:Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field. Experience in Lean Six Sigma, operational AI models, or large-scale business transformations is an added advantage.
