Operations Specialist -Working Professional

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Support end-to-end program execution including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and learner communication.

* Gather, document, and share detailed product requirements with relevant teams.

* Coordinate with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to meet timelines and ensure accurate content delivery.

* Design and manage training programs for new product features, updates, and launches.

* Plan and execute UAT, monitor performance insights, and recommend improvements.

* Act as the first point of contact for learners/stakeholders to resolve queries.

* Prepare weekly/status reports and maintain detailed project documentation.
