We are looking for an Operations & Sales Analyst to join our growing team in Delhi. This role is ideal for a sharp, ambitious, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Coordination : Act as a key liaison between Mink Retail and partner brands to ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and strong relationships.
• Store Replenishments : Monitor stock levels across stores, coordinate replenishments, and ensure product availability.
• Sales Reporting & MIS : Prepare, analyze, and share weekly/monthly sales reports; maintain dashboards to track KPIs across stores and categories.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and smooth financial processes.
• Operational Support : Assist in day-to-day store operations, new brand onboarding, and sales analysis.
• Market Insights : Provide actionable insights from sales and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
• Travel (as required) : Visit stores or brand partners for audits, training, and coordination.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 23 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or retail operations .
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint (presentations, reporting) .
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious and quick learner, eager to grow with a scaling retail business.
