Operations Program Manager

Role Summary: Own on-ground execution and governance of academic or skilling programs at assigned institutions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution at university locations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional stakeholders, trainers, and vendors
• Coordinate curriculum delivery, training schedules, and assessments
• Monitor program performance, reporting, and issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Masters preferred)
• Strong program / project management background
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
• Prior experience with universities, training institutions, or skilling programs preferred
