Operations & Operational Excellence Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Operations & Operational Excellence professional to coordinate and optimize the end-to-end back-end operations supporting manufacturing and sales. This role focuses on process efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and delivery excellence, ensuring smooth operations from order receipt through production, logistics, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales support
• Act as the single point of coordination for order execution, production planning, and delivery tracking
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and optimize costs
• Review and streamline SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
• Monitor KPIs related to order fulfillment, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), productivity, and cycle time
• Work closely with sales to ensure accurate order handover, timelines, and customer commitments
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters, service partners)
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve operational issues
• Support ERP/CRM process improvements and operational reporting (MIS)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality, and delivery standards

Requirements:

• 48 years of experience in Operations, Operational Excellence, or Supply Chain coordination
• Strong exposure to manufacturing back-end operations and sales coordination
• Experience in process improvement / continuous improvement initiatives
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or process optimization frameworks (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Analytical, structured, and execution-focused mindset
• Willing to work from the Mumbai (Bandra) office
