Position description:

To adhere the process of credit and operations with zero error

Qualification : Graduate

Primary Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate for legal & technical issues along with the respect teams
• Ensure all PDD and OTCs are closed within defined timelines.
• Ensure that files for disbursement are complete and meet all the compliances of the organization’s policy
• Ensure all MIS are prepared and published within defined timelines.
• Ensure all fee collected are deposited within defined timelines.
• Ensure zero error cash reconciliation process.
• Ensure service request resolution to be done within TAT.
• Ensure vendors are empaneled and are working as per defined SLAs.
• Ensure all housekeeping responsibilities including storage of files, vault custody, cash management etc. are done as per laid down standards with zero error.
• Provide satisfactory product information and effectively resolve customer issues within the stipulated time.
• Demonstrate discipline and integrity in the branch.
