We are looking for a Brokerage Operations Manager - Trading

Job Description involves leading and overseeing trading operations, managing risk, and ensuring profitability . Key responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership:
• Develop and implement the firm's trading strategy.
• Oversee all trading activities to ensure profitable operation.
• Manage market, credit, and liquidity risks, and enforce risk limits.
• Ensure all trading systems are functioning properly and risk controls are in place.

• Team and personnel management:
• Supervise, mentor, and train traders and other staff.
• Recruit and evaluate employees.
• Manage performance and conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Compliance and reporting:
• Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage and update transactional reporting processes in line with regulatory changes.
• Monitor and report on trading activities and performance to senior leadership.

• Client and market management:
• Monitor client trading activity and provide insights to clients.
• Ensure top-level liquidity by managing relationships with providers.
• Adjust pricing based on market conditions and liquidity availability.

Key qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Several years of experience in trading, brokerage operations, or a similar leadership role is essential.
• Licensing: Must hold necessary licenses, such as the FINRA Series 7 and 63 in the United States.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with trading software and platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
