Job Description
Operations Manager Banking Domain (Inbound Domestic Process)
- Strong knowledge of banking operations , RBI guidelines, KYC/AML compliance , and dispute resolution.
- Experience managing inbound customer service for banking products (savings/current accounts, credit/debit cards, loans, net banking).
- Familiarity with audit requirements , complaint management, and ombudsman escalation handling .
- Ability to ensure data security (PCI DSS for card data) and regulatory adherence.
