Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation and admission marketing to support the School need. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units, collaborating with school stakeholders, and helping them complete the admission target and fulfill the operational challenges. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Generating admission for schools. Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
• Getting the PI generated on time with the help of the accounts dept.
• Timely dispatch of books to the school and sharing the required information with the school.
• Helping the reporting manager to conduct marketing surveys for admission as and when required.
• Supporting the planning and execution of the launch of new schools.
• Supporting pre-launch market survey for new schools.
• Supporting the planning and execution of organizational events.
• Conduct a social media audit for all the schools. Creating websites, Social media handles, and Email ids for new schools in collaboration with the Digital team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within the organisation
• ready to travel frequently
