Operations Manager Recruitment Firm | WFO

Experience: 510 years | Location: New Delhi

Working Days - 5.5 Days of working

Time- 9 am- 6:30 pm

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and scale end-to-end recruitment operations. The role involves driving delivery excellence, managing large recruitment teams, ensuring SLA adherence, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

~ Manage overall recruitment operations across clients and verticals

~ Work closely with recruitment managers, team leads, and recruiters to ensure delivery

~ Ensure achievement of hiring targets, SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks

~ Act as an escalation point for key clients and internal stakeholders

~ Drive process improvements, SOPs, and operational efficiencies

~ Leverage ATS, MIS, and recruitment analytics for performance tracking

~ Handle sourcing for senior and critical roles

~ Ensure quality screening of all profiles sourced by the team

~ Lead hiring, onboarding, of recruiters.

Key Skills:

~ Strong background in staffing and recruitment operations

~ Proven experience managing large recruitment teams

~ Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

~ Data-driven and process-oriented approach

Preferred:

~ MBA / PGDM

~ Experience in IT & Non-IT staffing
