RPO Admin / Operations Manager
This is a full time opportunity and a permanent role with Randstad Enterprise
Location : Hyderabad- Hybrid ( 2 days work from office ) - Cab facility available
Shift timing : US EST time zone ( IST : 5:30 pm - 2:30 am / 6:30 pm - 3:30 am )
Experience : 8+ years
Skillset ( must have ) : RPO Recruitment Operations experience, NAM experience , Team leading . SLA / KPIs, US staffing ( domain )

Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and Team Leaders (TLs). You must be comfortable managing a "leader of leader" structure.
Operational Excellence: Monitor SLA/KPI performance to control and improve team performance and productivity. Develop procedures for areas of expertise.
Client Management: Identify opportunities to better serve client needs and manage global accounts.
Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver plans and outcomes for an operational area.
Global Collaboration: Develop and share best practices with the global GBS community.
Team Oversight: Manage the performance of direct reports within performance management systems.
Job Requirements
Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience , with at least 3+ years in an RPO environment.
Leadership Track Record:
At least 5+ years of experience being accountable for the results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams. Mandatory: Prior experience leading Team Leaders (TLs).
Domain Expertise: Involvement in Operations and dealing with clients/business partners in the NAM region.
Skills:
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Strong escalation management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage teams responsible for interview scheduling, onboarding, offer processes, and event scheduling.
Education:
Bachelors degree required.
Technical Requirements
Proficient with the Google environment (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
