Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Lucknow. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with clients, manage staff, and ensure the smooth execution of travel and event services. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, planning and monitoring processes, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. Regular communication with stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining operational efficiency will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and operational management skills, including experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events or travel-related services
• Proficiency in managing teams, Travel Agent relationships, and client communication
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies for efficient resource utilization
• Familiarity with MICE, GIT & FIT, Educational Tours, and Buddhist Tours is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client and team interactions effectively
• Proficiency in time management and prioritization to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry or operations management is a strong advantage
