Operations Manager (Female candidates)

We are looking for a professional and client-focused Operations Manager to manage the daily

operations. The role requires strong client relationship management, operational oversight, and

coordination with high-end societies and premium tenants.

The candidate will represent the organization in client meetings, vendor coordination, and

operational planning, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, tenants, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operational activities of the plaza including housekeeping, security,

maintenance, and facility management.

• Ensure smooth functioning of retail spaces, common areas, and visitor facilities.
• Monitor service standards to maintain premium property experience.

Client & Tenant Relationship Management

• Meet and coordinate with clients, tenants, and high-end residential societies around the property.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium brand partners and stakeholders.
• Handle client concerns, feedback, and service requests efficiently.

Vendor & Team Coordination

• Manage and coordinate with facility vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Supervise teams such as front office, housekeeping, and security staff.
• Ensure vendors meet service quality and compliance standards.

Property & Event Coordination

• Coordinate client visits, brand activations, and events at the plaza.
• Ensure the property is well maintained and presentable at all times.
• Support marketing or promotional activities happening within the plaza.

Qualifications

• Preferred Candidate Profile
• 5+ years' experience in Hospitality / Real Estate / Facility Management
• Experience managing premium clients or luxury properties
• Presentable personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable meeting high-profile clients and residents
• Female candidates preferred for the role
