Operations Manager | Early-Stage B2C Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage B2C portfolio companies is building their core team, and they are looking for a Operations Manager to join them and serve as their Chief Architect for design and enformcing all SOPs and operating systems for the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and document SOPs for clinic operations, patient flow, staffing, and escalation
• Define operating rhythms (daily/weekly/monthly cadences)
• Own day-to-day operations and team discipline across outlets
• Oversee staffing plans, rosters, and coverage
• Own execution of exceptional customer experience at all outlets
• Track, analyse, and drive improvements in customer NPS and feedback
• Own facilities management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of all outlets
• Drive cost control, disciplined inventory management, and timely availability of all necessary resources
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex clinic-level issues and operational contingencies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of high-impact experience in fast-paced, operations-heavy environments
• Possesses a strong sense of ownership, operates with urgency, and is relentless in driving results and problem-solving on the ground
• Highly analytical, with a proven ability to use data (NPS, wait times, adherence) to diagnose issues and design scalable operational fixes
• Experience directly managing teams and driving discipline, accountability, and performance across multiple locations
• Maintains clarity and drive under pressure, acting as a confident escalation point for complex contingencies.
