About the Company: Our client is a Bangkok-based IT solutions provider offering end-to-end services in IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, security. They support public and private sector clients across international markets.

Scope of Services:

1. Professional Operations: Ensure the professional and efficient operation of the company.

2. Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies to guide the company's operations.

3. Service Oversight: Oversee activities directly related to providing technical support operations and services, ensuring seamless processes.

4. Department Coordination: Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with production, sales, distribution and deliveries of products.

5. Staff Management: Assist with staffing requirements and management.

6. Sales and Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and engineers.

7. Efficiency and Coordination: Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT) through functional improvements and improved coordination and communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic plans to improve operational effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the IT or systems integration industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
