The Event Operations executive executes events while ensuring that all logistic requirements are carried out according to the event plans. He/she will be managing the event plans and will work closely with the other departments to make sure that all the operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.

Location : Bangalore

Experience: 4-12 years

Required skills/experience:

• We're looking for detailed and resourceful candidates.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Should be able to react quickly to deviations in the event plans

Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate internally with various stakeholders
• Manage the execution of event logistics plans to support project plans
• Lead negotiations with Vendors
• Conducting a recce and preparing layouts
• Manage escalated on-site issues
• Review vendors based on quotations obtained for provisions of goods and services
• Review vendors' project deliverables to ensure quality standards
