Job Description:

Implement scale-up program implementation
Liasoning with the M&E team - Data collection for need assessment, baseline, endline and monitoring
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting
Contribute to team members in their fundraising efforts and provide relevant support during key fundraising pitch
Work with the communications team to create compelling narratives and impact stories that resonate with donors and stakeholders.
Represent the organization at relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events as and when required
Support the management in strategic planning and organizational development

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of working in the development/non-profit sector with at least 2 years of work experience in operations
Good understanding of working on tech tools such as excel, word, CRM, and data collection application
Exposure to solar energy domain would be preferred
