Role Overview

This leadership role will manage Pan-India e-commerce operations with a strong focus on B2B and marketplace fulfillment. The candidate will lead the Supply Chain and Logistics team to ensure smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, and efficient logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Pan-India B2B and marketplace operations

Manage 3PL, warehouse, and courier partners

Oversee inventory planning and order fulfillment

Monitor SLAs, reduce RTO, and optimize logistics costs

Drive MIS reporting and process improvements

Requirements

4+ years in E-commerce Operations

23 years of B2B / Marketplace experience

Hands-on experience with Amazon / Flipkart seller panels

Experience managing 3PL and logistics vendors

Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP)

Team leadership experience
