Role Description

We are hiring an Operations Management Intern for a paid, full-time, on-site internship at Arya Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur . This role will give you hands-on exposure to hospital operations, cross-functional coordination, process monitoring, and quality/process improvement support.

This internship may lead to a full-time opportunity based on performance, role availability, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operational coordination across hospital departments (administration, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, etc.)
  • Assist in tracking operational KPIs and maintaining daily/weekly trackers (turnaround times, service flows, escalations, follow-ups)
  • Help document processes/SOPs and support adherence to defined workflows
  • Assist in identifying bottlenecks and proposing basic process improvements
  • Support quality checks and documentation required for operational reviews/audits
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and presentation decks for internal reviews
  • Participate in meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholders
Internship Details

  • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
  • Duration: Performance-based (internship duration may be extended and may convert to full-time based on performance and organizational requirements)
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare/Hospital Management , or a related field
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working with multiple departments
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar tools
  • Prior internship/experience in hospital operations or operations management is a plus
