| Job Description | The Branch Operations Lead will be responsible for overall Branch operations and Customer Service at the Branch and will be leading the local Operations and Customer Service team members. The incumbent will be responsible for hiring, training and managing the performance of the team. He/she will manage the productivity and performance of team members and address low performers. Credila is looking for a dynamic and result oriented professional with experience in leading teams and handling back-office operations in bank /NBFC or other financial sector companies. The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric attitude and desire to learn and work on new activities and projects. | ||
