Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Operations Lead to oversee Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for one of our key client sites in BKC. The role involves managing end-to-end operations across soft services, technical services, and food operations for a large-scale facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IFM operations across a 600,000 sq. ft. site.
• Ensure seamless delivery of soft services, technical services, and food operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
• Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, vendors, and service partners.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and operational KPIs.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and the client.

Requirements

• Graduate from IHM or equivalent qualification; hotel industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale facilities or hospitality operations.
• Ability to handle multi-service operations with responsibility and ownership.
• Open to working 6 days a week
