Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of internal training activities. The intern will assist in managing schedules, maintaining trackers, ensuring seamless communication, and preparing training-related materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes and supporting learning initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Internship Duration: 3-6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal training sessions
• Send training invites, reminders, and updates via calendar/email
• Track attendance and gather participant feedback
• Support in preparing post-session reports and insights
• Format and curate presentations, invites, and learning materials
• Maintain trackers for sessions, attendance, and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs
• Provide operational support for day-to-day tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar)
• Basic familiarity with Canva (for minor edits and design updates)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work independently
