Role Description

The Collateral Management function at Deutsche Bank is responsible for one of the largest, cutting edge, global programs in the market. With collateral assets under management commanding a significant position in the market today; coupled with the explosive growth in demand for our product the Collateral Management group continues to offer diverse and challenging roles.

As part of the Collateral Management Team, you will be responsible for supporting the collateralization of the derivatives, repurchase agreements (repo) and foreign exchange (FX) businesses. This global group has offices in the UK, USA, Germany, India and Singapore.

Within Jaipur, the collateral department has a wide variety of teams responsible for supporting Cleared OTC (Over The Counter), Listed, Repo and OTC margining.

Your key responsibilities

• Tracking and settlement of the client margin management process including bookings, approvals.
• Reconciliation of post settlement system breaks / security fails / nostro breaks
• Delivering excellent client service to external counterparties and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Compilation of reporting for management / business stakeholders
• Strong risk and control knowledge and an ability to identify and handle operational risk and control issues.

Your skills and experience

• Experience of Collateral Management, experience of Cleared OTC desirable.
• Client focused
• Organised, able to meet deadlines and ability to work under pressure
• Able to make decisions independently and solve problems
• A strong team player and be able to collaborate with other business areas and to various levels within the organisation
