Talent Tapovan is hiring for a Operations Executive - Wealth for one its fastest growing Financial Services provider clients, which is backed by a 62-year-old Indian Conglomerate leader in Agribusiness, Consumer Goods, Real Estate and Chemicals business. The Financial arm was established 5 years ago and has become the fastest to reach an AUM of 15000 crore.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Wealth Operations Executive. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operational tasks related to wealth management, optimising operational processes, maintaining financial records, assisting in compliance and reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Wealth Operations Executive will work closely with clients and teams to ensure efficient operational support and exceptional service delivery.

Role Requirement

1. Understanding of Wealth related/MF transaction process

2. Experience of mutual fund reconciliations and related operational flows related to CAMS and Karvy

3. Understanding of client reporting

4. Used Wealth Spectrum or any equivalent Wealth Management System

5. Understanding of process related to WM EOD / BOD
