Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operations Executives handling Marketing Automation tasks.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to the Manager/Business Head.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to the clients to ensure the smooth execution of all operational activities.
• Collect product-related feedback from clients/internal teams and share actionable insights with the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive tasks forward and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality output and adherence to SLAs across all automation activities.

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

• 13 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in Client handling role
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
