• Prepare quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Generate vouchers and necessary travel documents.
• Manage and resolve reservation queries promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date destination knowledge to provide expert advice.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and airlines for seamless travel arrangements.
• Ensure accuracy in booking details and maintain detailed records.
• Support internal teams in delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in travel operations, reservations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of flight, hotel, and land reservations.
• Proficiency in flight booking platforms, hotel booking platforms, and land arrangements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
