Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of critical incident management and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage critical incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues. - Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement incident management processes and procedures. - Ensure compliance with service level agreements and operational requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL incident management processes. - Experience in managing critical incidents and driving timely resolutions. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies. - Familiarity with incident management tools and ticketing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
