Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Team and Role Overview We are looking for a DevOps role with Cloud and DevOps solution design & implementation experience to our Cloud DevOps team This role provides an opportunity to work individually and with a team as well. Key Roles & Responsibilities. Production support for DevOps platform like XLR, Artifactory, Jenkins, Github, Artifactory etc., & should possess good troubleshooting skills Hands on experience in Digital AI XLR by creating end-to-end pipeline for Continuous Delivery. Should be able to schedule automated tasks in XLR. Must have Knowledge of handling ECS cluster. Working closely with Application teams and schedule the releases in XLR and support continuous integration, continuous delivery, deployment, and maintenance tooling. Work closely with other Development and Operations teams to understand complex requirements and translate them into automated solutions. Document and present DevOps practices to internal teams and wider teams to promote DevOps. Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration-Continuous Delivery (CI-CD)/DevOps concept and tools Plan quarterly upgrades of DevOps tools and engage with vendor on regular basis. Adhere to SLA designed in Service Now. Maintain Hygiene of Servers (Linux,windows) & environments (PROD, Test) Effective problem-solving expertise Configuration management proficiency Strong of knowledge public cloud offerings (preferably AWS) on network, security, compute, storage, and continuous integration Must be flexible to work in rotational shift Technical Skills Mandatory (Hands-on experience) Digital AI XLR and Artifactory Knowledge of Containarization (Docker/Kubernetes) Linux and/or Windows Cloud Computing - AWS Scripting Languages (Bash/Perl/Python, etc.) Build and release tool - XLR Infrastructure Automation (Terraform/Chef/Ansible, etc.) Build Tools (Ant/NAnt/MSBuild/Rake/GNU Make, etc.) SCM Tools (SVN/Git/Perforce/Mercurial, etc.) CICD Tools(Jenkins/GIT/Artifactory) Quality Analysis (SonarQube) Optional Skillset Application Servers, servlet containers, and web servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.) AWS/GCP/OCI certifications Java Configuration Management(Ansible/Chef) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
