Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer. - Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and security measures. - Experience with automation tools to streamline file transfer processes. - Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools to track file transfer activities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve file transfer issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Managed File Transfer. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
