Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage the delivery of production systems and services. - Ensure operational requirements and service agreements are met. - Monitor and troubleshoot system issues. - Implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure and OneDrive administration - Strong understanding of cloud migration and implementation. - Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring tools. - Knowledge of networking and security principles. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
