Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient operations. - Provide timely support to resolve any operational problems. - Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Strong understanding of system operations and maintenance. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Recommendation: Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE degree is required.
