Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently. - Contribute to key decisions by engaging with multiple teams. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure adherence to operational requirements and service agreement. - Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the operations. - Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online. - Strong understanding of cloud migration and implementation processes. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems and services. - Knowledge of operational requirements and service agreement. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
