Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure seamless functioning of systems and services to meet business needs and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage and monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency. - Document system configurations and processes for reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies. - Experience in managing Citrix environments. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with ITIL framework for IT service management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
