Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of critical incident management and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage critical incidents and ensure timely resolutions. - Identify and analyze incident trends to prevent future occurrences. - Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and communication. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL incident management processes. - Experience in managing critical incidents and driving resolutions. - Knowledge of incident management tools and systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
